Mar 2022: Donations of Healthcare Equipment to Akkarapattu Base & Karapitiya Teaching Hospitals

Our Association has now completed the delivery of three Puritan Bennett Mechanical Ventilator systems with accessories to each of the above hospitals. They were well received by the respective hospital staff and in the case of Akkarapattu including Mr A L M Athaullah (MP). The coordination of the task and the liaison with the respective Sri Lankan medical staff was successfully handled by Dr Ranesh Wijesinghe and was assisted by the AoA (UK) Projects sub-committee.
